二、靜電噴霧法

三、高溫進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)

3、 Curing at high temperature

1.目的：加熱工件表面的粉末涂料規(guī)定溫度，并相應(yīng)進(jìn)行保溫一段時(shí)間，使之熔化、流平、固化，達(dá)到所需的工件表面功能。

1. Purpose: heat the powder coating on the workpiece surface to the specified temperature, and keep it warm for a period of time to melt, level and solidify it, so as to achieve the required function of the workpiece surface.

2.處理過程：將噴涂件置于固化爐內(nèi)加熱預(yù)定溫度(通常為185度)，并在相應(yīng)的時(shí)間(15分鐘)進(jìn)行保溫;打開爐門，使產(chǎn)品冷卻。
